Web browser remote access.

Have a BR1 MiniCore and MAX PRO BR1 on the same VPN network. We can access settings remotely via web browser on the MAX Pro but cannot access the BR1 MiniCore. The settings are the same as far as web admin access. Is there anything different between these two modems that would allow one to communicate but not the other?

I should add we can locally access both hooked to each modem using LAN settings.
