Max BR1 Mini - Obtaining IP Address issue

Dear Community,
we are using the Max BR1 Mini now for almost 4,5 years without any significant issues in our motorhome - traveling in Europe and crossing permanently borders. However, yesterday after crossing the German - Dutch border, the router is in the stucked mode - obtaining the IP address. The cellular network is more then sufficient. I have tried everything:

Reset
Factory setting
down and upgrade the firmware
changed the SIM cards
entered the provider specific APN

I’m helpless - any other ideas…?

Have you upgraded the cellular module firmware in addition to the router firmware?
This is on the support.cgi page or from the device menu in incontrol2.

I have solved the issue - the box “data roaming” was not ticked…
