Hello All. I’ve had the MAX BR1 Mini for 3 years or so, and use the T-Mobile Preaid Data plan. It was always worked fine. I started having problems a month ago, which would require me to power cycle to get connected back to the internet. Last week it stopped working. I updated the firmware, and also subsribed back to the incontrol2. I could not get the machine to access the internet. I put an ATT sim card and it started working again. The incontrol recognized the box. I then went to T-Mobile and got a new sim card. Sadly that did not work. I called T-Mobile, and was transferred all around. Finally someone in prepaid technical support told me that because I reset the box, it has now locked out T-Mobile. he said he know this from my IMEI number. He told me to call Telit and ask them for help. I am assuming they make the internal parts for peplink. Can you any give me any guidance or having issues with T-mobile. I would say it was the box, but since it worked fine on ATT, I’m guessing T-mobile has done something. Please help!

I had an issue once with T-mobile and I ended up just replacing the sim card.
Which plan did you sign up for?
Hi and thanks for the response. I have the pre-paid plan with 2GBs. I went and got a new sim card, but that didn’t help. I finally got to someon last night, and they said they think that the plan had changed (she mentioned the merger) since I had a heritage plan from 2+ years ago, and that by cancelling this one and getting a new numner with a new plan, I should be good to go. So that’s my plan for today!
