We have a client with several hundred Max BR1 mini’s that are on a Verizon private network with NO internet access. Every day several units will become unreachable, though they will accept a ping…the only solution is to reboot.
Updating firmware has not helped, neither has hard-coding the APN…thoughts ?
Most likely caused by a health check failure.
Disable the cellular health check (assuming they only have a cellular connection).
