Just wondering whether the Max BR1 Mini 5G with WiFi will likely be able to utilise a public IPv6 IP address in the future. I’m using the unit in Pass Through mode, and I need to pass through a public IPv6 address to a Unifi Fiber router so that I can use Teleport, since Teleport needs IPv6 at my location. Hopefully the unit isn’t hardware constrained, and the utilisation of a public IPv6 address will be introduced in a future firmware release.
I’m on firmware version 8.5.4 build 5407 and plan to upgrade to 8.6.1 when it is released.
