MAX-BR1-LTE-V-T ~ Unit not responding

Hello,

I have a MAX-BR1-LTE-V-T and it will not respond, I believe it failed due to an issue whit the firmware update via Incontrol2. Incontrol2 states it is waiting to update. I have tried the factory reset path, that does not work. Both LAN lights are green, with no cables attached.
