MAX BR1-LTE Cellular network scan failure since upgrading to 7.1.0

Since upgrading my firmware from 7.0.2 to 7.1.0 I am unable to pick up any cellular networks on a manual scan. If I reboot the device in 7.0.2, the manual scan operates without any fault and picks up all available networks in the area. Has anyone else had similar issues with this?

This is not the expected behavior. Can you open ticket for us to take a closer look?
