Max 700 HW2 8.2.1 build 5069 not showing USB Ethernet option

I’m trying to use the same Ugreen USB 3.0 adapter that works great with my balance 20x and I don’t see the option under the ? Like I do with the balance 20x. The post outlining this feature states all MAX routers with a USB port support this feature, am I missing something?

Bump.

Still looking to find out why my Max 700 doesn’t seem to support usb ethernet dongles when it clearly states here (attached) that it should. I am using the latest firmware and a compatible ugreen adapter that I have used successfully with my balance 20x.
