Map Client Device to specified WAN connection

Equipment: Balance One
Two WAN Connections: AT&T & Comcast (dynamic IPs)

Question:
I want to map my Apple TV in my living room to only use WAN2 (AT&T) since I get unlimited data on that connection but I can’t figure out how to accomplish it.

I have identified and tagged this client with a “static IP” address on my local network (using the client list) but I can’t figure out how to make it only use one WAN connection. I am guessing I’d do this in the outbound policy area but not sure how to.

If you know how to accomplish this I’d appreciate some advice on how to set this up.

You are correct, you’ll need to use outbound policy to direct the traffic. Set the Source as your static IP reservation, change the Destination to any. If you would like the device to only use WAN2 you can select the Enforced under Algorithm. Change the Enforced Connection from WAN: WAN 1 to WAN: WAN 2. Or you can use the Priority algorithm if you’d like to use WAN1 as a backup.

*I just used 192.168.1.10 as an example IP address
