Lost my USB port

I’ve had one device connected to the USB port and another on the WAN port for months.

Recently (this week?) I started having issues with my internet connections. This morning I was trying to figure it out without luck. Shut everything down and went for a walk.

After coming back, no USB port shows on the admin panel.

I reset to factory configuration and set everything from scratch. Still no USB port shows.

Just to check the USB modem still work fine by connecting to a PC ? If yes, please open a support ticket here for support team to check.

Yes, in fact the modem is now connected through a pc to the wan port.

The USB port is not showing up in the admin console.
