Today I lost all connections to Balance One all of sudden. So I have to power on/off the router as below.

System: Started up (6.1.2 build 1597)

WAN: Priority changed (Priority 1 - CenturyLink Fiber / Priority 2 - Comcast Cable / Priority 3 - Mobile Internet)
My question:
- Is there any other better way to monitor the status of Balance One so that more information can be obtained when all connections are lost?
- Will the restore to factory be helpful? I do not have many customization except:
a. Speed of WAN1/WAN2 is 1000Mbps Full Duplex (advertise speed)
b. MTU of WAN1 is AUTO instead of 1440.
