Loss of settings

I have a peplink 710 here in the company and a failure occurred in our nobreak causing it to restart when I accessed again it came with the settings all scrambled were not the last ones that had been saved. Has anyone ever had the same problem?

Hi Jonas,

Please ensure the device is running on the correct flash bank. To do this access the web admin and then select:

“System” on the top > “Reboot” on the left side. Then confirm that it is running on the intended firmware / flash bank. If it is not, select the intended bank and reboot.
