Looking for Secured WiFi Solutioin Work with Pepwave

Hi,
We have lots of Pepwave AP One and looking for any server/appliance which meet our following requirements:

  1. Users must register their MAC address in to server/ appliance.
  2. After registered, the server/appliance will auto assign IP address and Encryption key WEP/WPA/WPA2/AES-CCMP…etc to client.
  3. After users obtained IP address and encryption key, users need to perform login via browser.
