Is there a list somewhere that shows which Routers include the AP Controller? Looking to confirm if the new 5G Mini has a built in AP Controller.

Specifications can be seen and compared at Peplink.com - Model Comparison. Here it can be seen that the product you mention is not capable of controlling external APs.
