We have a B310x and BR1 Pro 5G - Starlink, 2 5G Max adapters and a LTE internal SIM on the 310; a 5G SIM on the BR1, which plugs into WAN2 on the 310. We heavily use WAN Smoothing with SaaS applications, but a lot of our HTTPS traffic is simply load balanced across these channels. Our SDN controller / internal firewall is reporting extensive periods of high latency and multiple high packet loss periods every day. We do have a support ticket in with Peplink, but I am looking for ways to get finer grained data on where these problems may be originating. Is there a report, data download or graphic (similar to the throughput graph under Status on the 310) that provides latency and packet loss data?
