LAN port not responding for my Peplink One Core

Yesterday i encountred a strange issue with my customer’s Peplink One Core, it was working fine with two WAN links, suddenly we lost connection ! I tried to check every point of my architecture until i observe that the device is not responding. Below actions i made to restore normal working :

  1. Direct connection with a laptop : no ping, no web gui access
  2. Reset to factory setting : still no ping and no web gui access
    P.S : Status LED is Green + LAN port is blowing as in normal running

Is there any chance that the issue is a hardware one ?

What are you using for IP settings on the LAN device you are testing with? By default DHCP is turned off on Balance routers. The default LAN address is 192.168.1.1 which is what you would get when you reset the device. You have to manually set your PC to 192.168.1.2 or something in that range.
