cannot activate the feature even if I inputted the license key already
Please check if you are using the correct FW as for Virtual WAN feature a special build FW is needed. This might be the reason why you get error message.

Good day!
The license was already activated, i downgraded the firmware. however, the wireless feature is affected after downgrade. I can configure or setup AP but it will not broadcast or no show wireless.
if i upgrade it back the Virtual Lan will be deactivated and wireless will broadcast back. Hows that happen? is there any solution to activate both of the features.?
Please upgrade to this firmware - https://download.peplink.com/firmware/ipq/fw-b20x-8.2.1s151-build5244.bin. If you are still facing the problem with this firmware, please open ticket for us to check.
