L2 tunnel poor performance

I have a site to site L2 tunnel using speed fusion but only achieving 2mbps through the tunnel.
Site A has BR1 - mini cellular and starlink achieving 150mbps down and 50mbps up
Site B has BR1 - mini cellular and nbn achieving 100mbps down and 50mbps up.
Speed test through the tunnel with Jperf or utilising far endpoint with a download speed test achieves 1-2mbps.

Just wondering if there is something obvious i am missing.

Run a WAN analysis speed test between the devices to verify point to point raw bandwidth. then open your speedfusion graphs in a tab and in another tab run a speedfusion tunnel speedtest. then run your jperf tests and then screengrab (or export) your speedfusion graphs and share them here.
