After adding my BPL-380 (serial number) to Incontrol2, it says “Already added” but the device not showing up.
My other device MAX-HD2 is added and showed up without issues.
anybody has similar problem?
It is because someone has added the device already.
Please send the s/n and your username in the IC2 to me (michaelc at peplink dot com). I will check for you.
