Jersey Telecom is a telecom carrier based in the Channel Islands. They offer a portable SIM that operates in 120+ countries utilizing underlying carriers with whom they have wholesale agreements. In the US they use AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile as carriers. Their common APN auto populates properly but the BR1 (both Classic LTE and Mini LTEA) fail to connect using the same JT SIM. A Sierra RV50 using the same SIM connects immediately.

Figured this out. Need to set Roaming On to Any Country and lock the bands to those used by the underlying carriers in the location.
