I’m new to Pepwave and have a MAX BR1 MK2, I’m trying to update the firmware from 8.0.0S061 build1436 to 8.2.1, I get the acknowledgment of the new firmware but when I hit upgrade it then just shows upgrading to 8.2.1 but never finishes.
I tried resetting it and turning on InControl but it does the same thing, any help is appreciate.
Have you tried manually downloading it from Peplink and flashing it with the correct version for your HW version?
