Is there a built in or configurable delay for StarLink obstruction handling?

I just enabled StarLink support on my BR1 Max 5G. I understand that the PepWave can monitor StarLink obstructions and failover accordingly. Since most of my obstructions are typically <5 seconds, I’m wondering if the router has a built-in delay to just ignore brief obstructions. Better yet, a configurable one as the duration of obstructions is highly site-specific based upon trees and such. I’ve done some searching but can’t find anything on this other than recommendations to turn it off in certain cases.

There is an option to ignore obstruction outages, with that enabled you could then tweak the other health checks on the WAN you have connected to your Starlink to adjust how fast it would be considered failed to meet your requirements.
