IPsec VPN connection to Juniper SSG140

Hi, I implemented IPsec VPN between Peplink Balance 700 and Juniper SSG140&SRX18. The connection was built successfully but it disconnect frequently(and reconnect again). May I know how to solve this problem? Thanks

Hi Jeremy,

You could start by checking the eventlogs on both devices.
Do you see any WAN disconnections or other events that could cause the IPsec tunnel to drop?
If that doesn’t help please raise a ticket here.
