Intouch2 too many redirects

Hello,

I am trying to reach a device (MAX-HD2) via InControl2 over a MAX-BR2.
In InControl2 I can see the MAX-HD2 as a client on local ip 192.168.9.2
I can also see a Remote SIm device on local ip 192.168.9.5.

The web interface of the Remote SIM device is visible and accessible via Intouch but the web interface of the MAX-HD2 (when used through the same Intouch session) is visible but inaccessible and returns error message below

Try clearing your cookies.
ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

Any idea what could be causing this and how to remediate

Did you try on both port 80 and port 443?

Yes, I did (http and https)

Looking at the network requests it loops the redirect between
wgtahs-1930-0ab4-33e5-ic.rwa31.peplink.com and
wgtahs-1930-0ab4-33e5-ic.rwa.peplink.com in the header
