Internet traffic question in Peplink balancer

Hi, Peplink guy,

I set up multi-PepVPN tunnels between two sites. When PepVPN tunnel is down ( but Internet link is running properly), I can not access Internet. How can I configure Internet traffic not going through PepVPN ?
