Internet there but can't get to it

I have 1 computer that connects no issue to WiFi, the other computer shows a connection with internet but it will not load pages.

difficult to find the error from remote.
I would check if DNS is working.

try ping 8.8.8.8 and ping google.com
if 8.8.8.8 is reachable and google not, then it is a DNS issue

This morning it shows no internet. Ping does not return.

An hour later it says “connected, internet access”. Ping does not return
