We have a peplink balance 380 at 2 sites. Our main site 1 peplink crashed after a storm. I have put a replacement unit in, I get the internet working at site 1 thru the new router. But when I enable the speed fusion vpn, it connects to site 2 and the phones and thin clients start working at site 2. But site 1 loses its internet. Yet the vpn connection stays up and I can ping devices at site 2. Site 1 peplink lan 10.0.0.1, Site 2 peplink lan 10.1.0.1. Not sure what I am missing in my configuration settings.
I just wanted to follow up, it looks like it was due to a layer 3 loop that was found.
