Inserted a Sim Card and still no connection on my phone/computer

Hello,

I’m setting up my Peplink MAX BR2 pro and inserted a sim card. I have set up two SSID one 2.4GHz and one 5 GHz. I see both and can connect to them but i have no internet. In the web admin portal i see Cellular 1 is “Connected to T-Mobile LTE-A”

As an initial test, what happens if you disable the health checks on the cellular connection?
And, check to ensure you don’t have an outbound policy that is directing outbound traffic to a non-existent WAN (or other anomaly.)
