Hi Support Peplink,

I saw that the Peplink 380 has 2 USB ports.

Does it support two 3G connections at the same time?

Or is it possible to connect only one?

Can you help me with this doubt?

Hi Bruno,

Other than the Pepwave MAX model, all the Peplink Balance will only support one 3G USB connectivity.

The Pepwave MAX 700 supports up to four 3G USB connectivity.

The additional USB port is reserved for our future usage.

Yes, you can connect the 3G modem to any of the USB port.
