Individual Bandwidth Limit Question

If I set an individual bandwidth limit to 300k up/down, and lock that to anyone on 192.168.171.0/24, that means that each individual ip that routes through the peplink is restricted to 300k right? I just want to make sure that doesnt mean that Im throttling the entire network to 300k total.

You are correct, if you set the individual limit to 300k then each IP in that subnet will be restricted to that amount.
