hello, dunno why, some users have denied access (randomly) to incontrol but they have rights to access.
Whatever the internet connection if the user (public, private, 4G, wifi, etc…).

Are you using the same Peplink ID in accessing InControl as you do in accessing this forum? Please DM me the InControl URL that you see the error.
