Incontrol2 Data Usage Issue

Hello,
I am managing a single Balance 20 being used as our gateway, serving 10 households in a neighborhood network. Balance 20 running firmware 7.0.2 buiild 3138, single WAN.

In InControl2’s bandwidth and usage reports, the aggregate daily usage for our group is correct for any given day. The data agrees with what I see in the router, and what our ISP reports.
However when I click on any given day, to see the usage per client, a table pops up with the list of clients and their usage for that day. These usage figures bear no resemblance to the actual usage. The numbers are much too low.

This is our second Balance 20 router, our first was recently fried in a power outage. It was also running 7.0.2 firmware.

Has anyone else seen this problem?

We just identified a bug which causes your reported problem. Probably we will fix it in a few days. After it’s fixed, the client usage on IC2 will be as accurate as that on the web admin. However the broken unit’s data could not be recovered unless it could come back online on IC2 again.
