Dear I am presenting problems to enter to incontrol platform, besides also it is not possible to connect to remote equipment.
What happens when you try to login? What errors do you see?
If you can’t login then remote web admin would not work.
Have you tried clearing your cache and trying different browsers? (I like https://brave.com/ but firefox and chrome should both work fine).
