It appears that I cannot create a new account within an email domain email@example.com if someone else already has. We are a large international company with multiple IT groups. I do not know who has this account in incontrol. What options do we have?

I have never seen InControl2 account creation restricted in such a way. What error message do you see?
I went back and retried and it is working.
