InControl management enabled now my Site to Site Speed Fusion stopped working

Hello out there,

I love this product and have been using my peplink for almost 10years now. I recently started about a year ago starting to take advantage of the SpeedFusion abilities. I have 2 remote office that I had linked up with no problem. Last night I upgraded the firmware at my FL office to the new 7.0.0 firmware and now it stopped connecting. I know it is not my hardware at the LA office because our Inglewood office is connected no problem. The main office has the Peplink Balance 380 with 5.4.9 build 2573 and the Inglewood office Peplink Balance 310 5.4.9 build 1989 and both these locations are linked with SpeedFusion. The FL Office has Peplink Balance 210 7.0.0 build 2742 and now since the upgrade of Firmware the Speed fusion stopped working. Now it states that the InControl management enabled and now my FL and LA office are unable to link. Can anyone give me some help or direction PLEASE.

Please share what is the hardware version for Balance 380 and Balance 310.

Same just happened to me. 2 Balance One HW3’s with a Fusion Hub.

Tried rebooting them all, still won’t connect any more.

Your problem is not same as @MOMITHelpDesk. Please help to open ticket for us to take closer look.
