In control will not accept my surf soho serial number. I have a group and I have tried to put this in from the beginning but it never accepts it. I have the correct serial number. I have checked it many times. Please tell me what I may be doing wrong.

Are you receiving any sort of error when you try to input it such as an alert saying that it belongs to another organization?

No not to another organization just that it is the wrong serial number. There is some confusion a 0 and a D but neither are accepted.

Hmm… that is strange. Can you log-in to the Web GUI, go to the status tab, and the copy the serial number shown there? That might eliminate any weirdness. I can say there are no O’s (as in the letter) in Peplink serial numbers, so it definitely would be a zero.

Thanks, that did it. It is weird they specified a specific way of entering the device serial number but with cut and paste it took something different than what they specified.
