I see more than half my customers show down in InControl including my 20X. I’m definitely not down so I assume there must a problem with InControl? I think this happened last week too. If Peplink support can confirm this I would appreciate it.

I can assure you that the Peplink InControl2 team are aware of this and looking into it.
As a Peplink Partner, we are observing that systems, though showing as offline, are remaining operational in their last know state; it is just the system status updating within InControl2 that is having an issue.
An update will be made available in good time from the Peplink team.

It was working earlier. But now the cloud features like captive portals stopped working. The complaints are accumulatin.
