Has anyone else (not that a lot of people use the API) noticed that the API is returning all zeros for usage starting with 12/20?
Can you please send your request to email@example.com for the team to further check ?
Please include the following info your request for the team to start the investigation:
- Device serial number
- API parameters that get zeros usage.
It appears that engineering may have fixed this issue last night. I had also opened a ticket with them. right now it appears to be reporting all data
