I think this is the second time this has happened. I was logged into the the Remote Web Admin for my Balance 20 router, and made some changes(content blocking), then forgot to close the window. I find out later that it seems to have locked up the router. It had to be power cycled, then cam back up no problem.
What’s the deal? It looks like from the event log, that it was trying over and over to open the Web Admin…
Would you please open a support ticket for support team to check on that ? Please submit a diagnostic report so that support team can have more info to check on the problem.
