From 05:00 to 15:45 GMT+0 today (2018-04-19), newly created groups and newly added devices on InControl 2 might not be showing up. Deleted groups or devices might remain visible. The problem has been resolved. It was due to an error with the database service provided by our service provider. The data in the master and the replica were out-of-sync. So it caused various problems. And between 15:35 and 15:40 GMT+0, the system was temporarily unavailable during an emergency maintenance.
We will work with the service provider to prevent the same problem from happening in the future.
