Inbound load balance -failover

Hi,

I have two links( two CE ,ce1 and ce 2 ) from same isp

How can i acehive inbound load balancing , Even if inbound load balancing does not work at least how can I dio a failover

For me failover does not happens when ce1 interface failed

The Peplink Balance can function as an authoritative DNS server to support inbound load balancing and/or failover.
