Can we get the rate limit increased? The issue is our automation queries for the list of devices for that customer, and hits the rate limit (or sometimes, times out). So with more than 20 devices in the organisation, it usually hits the limit. Its very hard to rate-limit on the automation side in this instance because then they have to get queued.

Can we have the same delay notification settings you can set for email notifications, for HTTP push notifications?

Is it possible to get some other auth options for the API, other than auth ticket?
