IC2 device appears and disappears

I have a group with two online devices. In the device list in IC2 one of the devices will show for about 1 second than disappear, and about every minute it will show again for about 1 second, than disappear again. If I click on it fast enough I can load it’s device page. Any idea what’s happening?

What are the WANs doing on that device? What does the log show? Is something flapping up and down maybe?

Try setting an outbound policy for the IC2 traffic and force it over a stable WAN maybe?

Hi Martin, So, I unplugged the power yesterday evening, then plugged it back in this afternoon, and now it’s working like normal. I remember checking the logs yesterday and not seeing anything. The WAN was connected behind a Unifi router, so the IP was NAT. I moved it straight to a direct internet connection, but it didn’t solve the problem. Like I said above, it seems to be working now. I’ll try the outbound policy if it happens again. Thanks for the response, by the way!
