L2TP IPsec VPN have authentication issues

Hello Peplink Community,
I’m currently stumped on this VPN not working, we have many customer sites with Balance routers where an IPsec VPN is used for remote access to the equipment at site, though this has got us stumped, when testing I’m getting the same results as the client and we have checked, we think, everything. We are certain the carrier is not blocking any ports as other serves using Port Forward for the customer are traversing OK through the Balance router.

We have worked through the artcle (and many other postings here in the forum)

Current Firmware on the Balance Router is 7.0.2 (as at the other customers sites where the VPN is working OK), 7.0.3 & 7.1beta have not been rolled forward due to the fixes & features not being immediately a requirement of the customer.

Open to guidance from the forum on this, I’m sure it is something simple we’ve missed.

@Oh_Yaw_Theng helped us through the ticket, we ended up deleting the VPN profile in Windows and re-creating it again.
VPN is now working, thanks for your support.
