How to set up WAN priorities from 0-10 and Best Performance options

I have 3 connections?

One dedicated 20Mbps
the other one 20 Mbps Download and 5~7Mbps Upload
The third one 2Mbps download 1Mbps Upload.

What settings do you recommend for my wan performance?

Also wich other options are good for the best performance.
