How to set up blp 305 PPPoE with bridged moderm

Hi…
I was gonna set up drop in mode, just found out PPPoE is not for drop in mode.
ISP give me modem with bridged mode they said should not choose NAT mode in router.
But at the manual there is one option for NAT …

How do I set up with this current set up?

WAN 1 for PPPoe with 64 static ips
WAN 2 for Dynamic ips.

Any comment will be helpful.

Do you mean you can do NAT on modem? If my assumption is correct, below is the design:
