How to get support for failed hardware - Balance 580 HW3

Can anyone help direct us to support for repairing a Balance 580 HW3 that has failed? We have entered several support tickets over the course of the past week and are getting little response from Peplink support (they write back saying they got the ticket but then do not respond to multiple requests and follow-up afterwards).

Our Balance 580 had failed and won’t boot. I’m looking for repair options so we don’t have to waste a $5,000 investment in what up until this point has been excellent hardware. It is intolerable that our network has been effectively hindered for over a week and Peplink doesn’t have a good support channel.

Are there any 3rd party vendors who can provide support? I’d be grateful for any leads.
