Sorry but I do not understand the question. In order to use InControl2 you would have needed to enter the serial number to begin with.
I want to raise a case, iām not at the loccation where my ap is. How can I
determine the serial number?
If you already added the device to InControl 2, you can find the serial number of that device by clicking on that specific device in your InControl 2 group.
