How does one replace a Balance 30 under warranty?

There is no obvious place under “Support” to initiate a warranty claim.

(Background: I have a B30 with a defective WAN 1 port - it goes up and down randomly, including after a factory reset. Tech support has not been able to identify the problem)



Tech support is trying to narrow down the problem. I suggest upgrading to firmware below then continue monitor.

We will definitely process RMA if the problem related to hardware.
