How do I request an RMA . Peplink ticketing system gets no response

I opened a ticket about a problem with my MAX BR1Mk2. The 2.4 ghz AP has stopped transmitting even though it shows its on. I need to get an RMA as its under warranty but support ignores my ticket. How do I contact Peplink to get an RMA?

Could you please confirm that the “Broadcast SSID” setting is enable user your wifi AP settings?
It can be found under AP → Wireless SSID → then click on the profile.
